We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging if it shipped in packaging aside from the packing material itself.
To start a return, you can contact us at chains@griplocked.com. If your return is accepted, you will be issued one of the following (buyers choice):
- Refunded minus a 15% restocking fee
- Refunded 100% store credit
- Exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value (remainder will be issued store credit)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wrong Item
If we do not send the correct item(s) please contact us immediately at chains@griplocked.com we will pay for return shipping of the item, or in most cases opt to have you keep it while we send out the desired item.
